I had a wonderful experience at Dental Smiles. The office is very clean and the staff is excellent. I’m not sure what the posts by “Consumer Alert” and “Bruce” are referring to when they mention a sign for earning money by writing reviews. I saw no such sign, only one that read something along the lines of, “The best compliment for us is giving a good referral to your family and friends.” The dental hygienist was very friendly and thorough and did a really good job of explaining everything. I will have no problem at all recommending this place to people.

This dental office is the bomb! A very friendly, courteous, and professional staff that really takes great care of you. They have very good prices and offer a payment plan if you need one. Dr. Shilpa Lala is simply the greatest. She makes you feel very comfortable in that dentist chair and constantly checks to make sure you are okay. She also takes the time to explain everything and answer all your questions. The ladies at the front desk call to give you a reminder of your appointment and they also follow up with you to make sure everything is okay later on that day after you have had a procedure done. Top notch dentist office from top to bottom.

From the front Desk (Ruby) to the dental chairs everyone is out to help you and make any procedure a comfortable and painless event. Dr Shah has one the best chair side manners I have ever encountered. He’s willing to explain your procedure in a way you can understand. He is willing to work with you to put together a plan to restore your teeth over time, doing what really need to be done first and taking on lesser challenges later when the budget permits it. This is also by far the best two cleanings I have ever had.

I got invisalign with Dr Shah. I got my teeth fixed the way I wanted in short period of time and it was affordable. I had a big gap between my teeth and it took less than 10 months to fix all of it. I definately recomend Dr Shah for anyone who is looking for a good dentist and especially Invisalign. Thank you DR Shah. You take care of me good. I appreciate it.

Dental smile at suwanee is a perfect place for dental needs. there is so many thing that i love about it. The first thing is Dr. shah. He is very friendly and best dentist i have ever seen. He explain evrything in detail and the simplest way that we understand. I got six month braces and its about to finish now. i can see the difference in my tooth. i am loving it. i recommended one of my friend and my aunt, they loved Dr. shah’s work. I was in need of a dentist really bad due to a molar that had cracked in half and was causing a lot of discomfort. I went for my consultation with Dr Shah and explained to him my fears and issues with past dentist. Dr Shah reassured me that he would do everything he could to keep me comfortable and would explain everything to me before he did anything.
